Born in Oakland, CA to Jamaican parents, Rastan is a singer, songwriter, producer, and engineer from Santa Cruz, CA. While studying the pioneers and legends of Reggae, Rastan crafted his own style of Roots Rock, incorporating elements of R&B and Hip-Hop.
